Job Description: The General Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and delivering standards-based instruction in a dynamic classroom setting. This includes designing lesson plans that support diverse learning styles, evaluating student progress, maintaining a positive and structured classroom environment, integrating technology and interactive methods into daily instruction, and collaborating with school staff and parents to ensure student success. The teacher will serve as a key figure in fostering academic achievement and social-emotional development.

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, valid Louisiana Teaching Certificate in applicable subject area or grade level, strong instructional and classroom management skills, ability to adapt to diverse learning needs, and successful completion of a state and federal background check as required by the school district.
