Blazer Jobs is partnering with a dedicated school district in Zion, IL to fill an onsite Multi-Language (Spanish) Teacher position for the 2024–2025 school year. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate educators to make a meaningful impact supporting multilingual learners.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Full-time, 32.5 hours per week

• Assignment: ASAP – June 1, 2025

• Location: Onsite at an assigned school in Zion, IL

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide instruction to individuals or small groups of limited or non-English-speaking students.

• Develop and implement engaging lessons aligned with district and state standards.

• Support students through classroom, pull-out, or other structured learning environments.

• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress.

• Monitor, assess, and document student learning outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field.

• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with appropriate endorsement(s) or Educator License with Stipulations (ELS).

• Understanding and experience with curriculum design, lesson planning, and differentiated instruction.

• Spanish fluency preferred.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• Required: State of Illinois Teacher Certification (Type 03 or 09) with Bilingual Endorsement, Bilingual Approval, ESL, and/or Type 29 Certification.

• Pay rate based on experience.

• Renewal for the following school year is based on performance and district needs.

Candidates who do not meet requirements will not be considered.
