Bilingual General Education Teacher – Blue Island, IL

Blazer Jobs is actively hiring a dedicated Bilingual General Education Teacher to support students in a school district located in Blue Island, IL.

Position Details:

• Full-time, onsite role

• Classroom-based instruction for elementary or middle school students (specific grade level may be determined during the district interview)

• Support for bilingual learners, including English Language Learners (ELLs)

• Caseload information will be provided during the district interview

Requirements:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with endorsement in Elementary Education or applicable grade level

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Bilingual Education, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred

• Experience implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) or differentiated instruction is a plus

• Strong classroom management, collaboration, and communication skills

• Prior school-based teaching experience preferred

• Comfortable integrating technology and digital tools into instruction
