We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated General Education Teacher to join a dynamic school team in the New Orleans, Louisiana area. This full-time, on-site position (35 hours per week) begins immediately and continues through May 22, 2026. Openings are available across K–12 grade levels. Candidates must hold an active Louisiana Department of Education (DOE) Certification — Temporary Authority to Teach (TAT) or out-of-state certifications will not be accepted.

Role: General Education Teacher
Location: New Orleans, LA area
Schedule: Full-time | 35 hours per week
Dates: Immediate start – May 22, 2026
Grade Levels: K–12 (openings across grade levels)
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience (W2)
Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, standards-aligned lessons to assigned grade levels

Foster a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

Assess student learning and adjust instruction based on individual needs

Collaborate with colleagues, administrators, and families to promote student achievement

Participate in professional development and school initiatives

Maintain accurate academic records and ensure compliance with district and state policies
Qualifications & Requirements

Active Louisiana Department of Education (DOE) Certification (Required)

TAT or out-of-state certifications not accepted

Strong instructional, organizational, and classroom management skills
