About the Role
We’re seeking a motivated and student-focused English Teacher to join our team in New Orleans, LA. This full-time contract position involves teaching English Language Arts at high school level, fostering critical thinking, literacy skills, and a love of reading and writing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English Language Arts instruction aligned with state standards.

• Develop lesson plans, assessments, and differentiated instruction for diverse learners.

• Maintain classroom management and a positive learning environment.

• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate progress with families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or English-related field.

• Valid Louisiana teaching certification in English/ELA.

• Previous teaching experience preferred.
