Position Overview:
Blazer Jobs is seeking a qualified and experienced Pre-K Teacher to cover a leave assignment in Chester, PA. This is a full-time position, working with a Pre-K caseload in a supportive school setting. The ideal candidate will bring strong instructional and classroom management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and support early learners.

Responsibilities Include:

• Creating and implementing lesson plans aligned with state and district standards

• Differentiating instruction based on student needs and assessments

• Demonstrating mastery of subject matter and instructional resources

• Supporting student behavior and classroom expectations

• Collaborating with school staff, administrators, and families

• Participating in required school meetings and professional development

Qualifications:

• Experience working in a Pre-K classroom required

• Knowledge of PA PreK Counts is a plus

• Strong classroom and behavior management skills required

• Must be comfortable working in an urban school district

• Must have active SPED certification or licensure (Emergency Permit may be accepted with Bachelor's degree)

• Must have previous school-based experience

• Must be able to complete all Pennsylvania required clearances

• Certification preferred and must be disclosed if active
